Ndubueze Leonard Mbah is a Professor of History and Development at the State University of New York at Buffalo. He earned First-Class Honors and emerged the Overall Best Graduating Student from the University of Nigeria Nsukka in 2007. He went on to earn a PhD with Distinction in History from Michigan State University, USA, in 2013. He is a prolific and award-winning author, a Fellow of the Harvard Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study, a Fellow of the American Council of Learned Societies, and an Editor of the American Historical Review, and the Journal of West African History. He serves as the Honourable Commissioner for Education in Enugu State, while leading an international team of researchers in developing an Experiential Learning system of K-12 education in Africa.
