Felix Vincent Nnamani, a political scientist specializing in International Relations, is from Ugwuomu Nike, Enugu. He holds a B.Sc. in Political Science, PGD PALG, and an M.Sc. in International Relations. With over 21 years of experience in university administration and academics, he’s a member of governing councils for institutions like Godfrey Okoye University and the Institute of Ecumenical Education, Enugu. In community service, he served as the past President General of Ugwuomu Nike Town Development Union, overseeing significant developments in the area. He was appointed as the Hon. Commissioner for the Ministry of Water Resources, Enugu State, by Governor Dr. Peter N. Mba in August 2023
